1.1 What is FLX ID?
FLX ID is your digital identity as an athlete — a shareable profile that includes your stats, training videos, achievements, and more.

1.2 How do I create a FLX ID?
Click “Sign Up” located at our website www.flxsports.com. and follow the prompts. Enter your name, email, and a secure password to begin.

1.3 What information is required to get started?
You’ll need a name, email, and password. You can add more details like your sport, stats, and a photo after your account is created.

1.4 Is this an App? No, it's a web based link. A app version will be "coming soon".

1.5 Do I need to verify my email?
Yes. After creating your FLX ID, you’ll receive an email with a link to confirm your account.

2.1 I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s missing, click “Resend Email” or restart the signup process with the correct email. Be sure to check that your email is properly spelled correctly.

2.2 I entered the wrong email. Can I fix it?
You’ll need to begin the signup process again using the correct email address.

2.3 I’m getting an error during sign-up.
Make sure your details are correct, including email format and password strength. Also check your internet connection.

2.4 I forgot my password before finishing setup.
Use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it using your registered email.

2.5 The page isn’t loading or seems frozen during sign-up.
Refresh the page or close and reopen the browser. Check your internet connection if the issue continues.

2.6 I can’t upload my profile photo or videos.
Make sure the file meets the size and format requirements and that media access is enabled in your browser or system settings.

2.7 I created a FLX ID but can’t log in.
Make sure your email is verified and you're entering the correct credentials. Use “Forgot Password” if needed.

2.8 The ‘Next’ or ‘Continue’ button isn’t working.
This usually means a required field is missing or incomplete. Double-check that all fields are filled correctly.

2.9 I accidentally closed the browser during sign-up. Do I need to start over?
If you didn’t complete the final step, your data may not have been saved. Try logging in to check your status, or start again.

3.1 How do I finish setting up my FLX ID?
Once your account is created, go to “Edit Profile” to add your sport, position, stats, training videos, and more.

3.2 Can I update my information later?
Yes. You can edit and update your FLX ID at any time. It is recommended that you update your ID regularly so coaches can track your progression.

3.3 What makes a strong FLX ID?
Add a clear profile photo, recent training videos, updated stats, and a short bio to tell your athletic story.

3.4 What if I want to hide certain information?
You cannot control visibility settings. DO NOT upload anything you are not willing to share.
